🛌 😴 I Love My Bed 😴 🛌
Ahhh one of my favourite times of the day – bed time!
While everyone else is quiet and fast asleep I can finally process my thoughts of the day and actually have a minute to myself to think. My brain can finally relax and not worry about anything (until tomorrow) and I get to enjoy the peace and quiet. No talking, no TV, no radio, no devices or consoles going off, no phones ringing, no animals running about or making noise, no traffic outside – just pure silence.
It’s now that I start to mentally box every thing up until the morning (a new thing I’ve been doing recently). All of my separate worries, the things that used to keep me up at night, now go in their own individual boxes where they will stay until the morning or until I’m ready to unbox them again. This is also usually the time where I might read a book because I know I won’t be disturbed and I’m able to read at my own leisure for as long as I want.
